Emmily- I love your new blog! Thanks for bringing your fabulous feminist insight and wit to the Nevada blogosphere:) Do you ever get to come to the Legislature and do some reporting or is that Sebelius-only territory? It would be great to have your take on some of the goings-on up here!

You do extraordinary work. I have always been humbled by your talent, your drive and your passion to be heard. I believe you are racing toward your destiny to change the world so more people will live with dignity.

I’m guessing you didn’t hear this…maybe it was muffled because my throat was choked with pride for my daughter. The most famous person I know.

If the nominating committees haven’t already approached you to run for office they soon will.

A woman’s place is in the House, the Senate, or the Governor’s mansion.

That woman is you. It is your destiny.

    Hi there,

This is Jenny Heineman, the sex worker you mention in your piece about the Slut Walk. Thanks for the great coverage and amazing paraphrasing of my less articulate sentiments :)
